The Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application ("Simbolika"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you will not be able to use the application.

1. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its functionality, or use it for unlawful purposes.
2. To access the app's features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
3. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
4. We may update the App and these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect once posted in the App. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
5. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

Controller

The Controller responsible for your Personal Data shall be the University of Santo Tomas, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology 4th year students of 4ITH, Capstone Group 5, Batch 2025-2026. Hereinafter referred to as “the Group”, ”we”, ”us”, or “our”. The principles set out in this Privacy Policy apply to all instances in which the Group processes your personal data as a Controller for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
